The kernel density estimate Mark.VIOLIN, Mark.RIDGELINE and Mark.KDE share.
Lived in violin.mojo until Mark.KDE needed it too –
ridgeline.mojo was already importing it from there, which made violin
the de-facto shared home without anything saying so. Moved here
unchanged; the estimator is the same one violins have always drawn.
