layers
render_layers(): several plots sharing one frame.
Split out of plot.mojo. Layering is not just drawing twice –
the layers have to agree on a domain, a legend column and one set of
axis furniture before any of them draws, which is what
_render_layers_generic resolves.
_render_bar_combo_layers is the special case worth knowing about: a
bar layer owns a categorical x, so the continuous layers over it are
placed against that categorical frame’s band centers rather than
against a continuous scale of their own.
